The plot is surrounded by dense vegetation, but not fenced in if you have your dog with you. Close to forest and about 1000 to beach. The beach at Hou/Hals is extremely child-friendly, it is allowed to have your dog on a leash. Distance to supermarket is 3 km. 30 minutes to Aalborg and 40 to Frederikshavn

The harbor, shops, restaurants, forest, beach and city life. There is a terrace and a small garden where the sun can be enjoyed. The villa dates from 1922 and while it has been modernized, much of the style has been preserved. The villa is on 3 floors. Laundry and storage basement, ground floor with dining room, sofa room, kitchen and bathroom and 1st floor with 2 bedrooms, a children's room and a toilet.
