Elegantes Brooklyn-Style-Loft im Herzen Hamburgs

Unser Loft befindet sich im Hinterhof eines denkmalgeschützten Rotklinkerkomplexes aus den 1920er-Jahren. Wir haben eine alte lichtdurchflutete Werkstatt mit viel Liebe zum Detail mit Metall und Eiche hochwertig ausgebaut. Wir bieten: - 5m hohe Decken - eine voll ausgestattete offene Küche - ein modernes Bad mit Rainshower-Brause - einen großzügigen Wohnbereich. Auf der Galerie befindet sich das bequeme Doppelbett. Bitte keine Anfragen bezüglich Veranstaltungen, Filmdrehs oder ähnlichem. Gäste haben Zugang zu dem gesamten Loft. Wir wohnen nur wenige Minuten entfernt und stehen unseren Gästen gerne als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung. Hoheluft-West liegt im Herzen der Stadt, weniger als zwei Kilometer vom Schanzenviertel, drei Kilometer von der Alster und vier Kilometer vom Hafen entfernt. Das Viertel ist ruhig und sicher, Supermärkte und Restaurants befinden sich in Gehweite. Die U-Bahnstationen Hoheluftbrücke (U3) und Schlump (U2) sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Der Bus 181 hält fast direkt vor dem Gebäude, und die Busse M4 und M5 halten weniger als 100m entfernt. Im nahen Umkreis kann fast überall auf der Strasse geparkt werden. Rauchen ist nicht erlaubt im Loft. Rauchen vor der Tür ist ok, allerdings ab 22:00 Uhr bitte nicht laut reden wegen der Nachbarn. Auf keinen Fall die Blumentöpfe als Aschenbecher benutzen (das hat doch tatsächlich schon jemand gemacht...)!

Whether the harbor or the famous Reeperbahn, whether city center or the Hafencity with the Elbphilharmonie - from here everything is perfectly accessible.
