Das Haus ist ca 45qm groß und besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (1,60), einem Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch und Futonschlafsofa (1,40m), vom Wohnzimmer gelangt man über eine Leiter zum Schlafloft (1,40m). Verbunden sind beide Räume sowohl über die Küche als auch über das Badezimmer.

At the end of Lister Meile you will reach the largest urban forest in Europe, the Eilenriede. The apartment is quiet, bright, spacious and has two TVs. Wi-Fi can also be used on the balcony. In my beautiful newly renovated artist's studio you can relax, live, be creative, work or unwind. My studio is located directly on the quiet and green Bonifatiusplatz and is just a stone's throw from the Lister Meile with its nice little shops and cafes. There are two cozy rooms (a bedroom/living room and the studio room with a large desk), a fully equipped kitchen and a brand new renovated bathroom.
