In the middle of streams, biotopes and meadows with old trees, there is a quietly located and modernly restored mill estate in the Bauhaus style near the city. The light-flooded 90 m² living area borders a large roof terrace, which provides a magnificent view and invites you to relax. Ganz in der Nähe des an der Leine gelegenen Klosters Mariensee bieten wir ein Gästehaus mit Blick auf die Leine. Das alte Fährhaus zu Basse bildet dabei den Grundstein des Anwesens. Der Landgarten mit Pool und Holzterasse verbindet alles zu einen einmaligen Fleck, an dem man sich auch einfach nur entspannen kann. Wir bieten unseren Gästen außerdem die Möglichkeit an, eine Kanutour zu buchen oder Angeln zu gehen. Bei Interesse sprecht uns gerne an.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich separat im "Kleinen Häuschen", einem kompletten, freistehenden Haus, nur für euch, mit eigenem Parkplatz. Während eures Aufenthalts seid ihr die einzigen Nutzer. Es gibt ein großes Doppelbett, einen Tisch fürs Frühstück oder den Schreibkram, und ihr könnt eure Sachen in einem Kleiderschrank unterbringen. Die Küche ist bestückt mit einem Kühlschrank, einem Wasserkocher, einer Kaffeemaschine und einer Doppelkochplatte.

It has a double bed 220 x 160, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

Hiking trails start directly behind the BLH and a restaurant with a beer garden is 800m behind the BLH.
