The whole plot is surrounded by trees and with a lawn, so you can sit outside completely undisturbed. The house is 150 m2 and has 2 bedrooms with double beds, the 1st bedroom has a three-quarter bed and two beds along the wall. Nice bathroom with shower and a washing machine. New kitchen combined with a nice living room and with access to dining area.

Direct access to the Limfjord with a bathing jetty 100 meters from the house. 600 meters walk along the fjord and you arrive at Thy Cablepark with fantastic facilities, where you can frolic on the water or enjoy a trip to the sauna. Also go on a fjord hike for a kilometer and arrive at Eshøj Plantage. The house is isolated on a dead-end road without traffic and noise. There is a gym in the basement and 4 rooms with beds and the possibility of extra beds.

The apartment is located in the center of the lighthouse complex overlooking the tower and church to the north and lighthouse to the south. This apartment is named after the artist Iwo Brunander, who made several fine paintings of the lighthouse in the 1930s and 1940s. The apartment is decorated in a color palette that matches the other buildings and is respectful of the history of the place and the nature outside.
