A washing machine and a dryer are available for a fee (payment to be made in cash). The holiday apartment also offers a shared balcony where you can relax in the evening.

Our half-timbered house, built around 1550, is located on the longest adjoining half-timbered house street in Lower Saxony and due to its central location in the city center, all sights are easily accessible on foot in a few minutes. The coziness of the half-timbered house is immediately noticeable. It is very family-friendly and our capable property management is always available. It has three levels, with the bedrooms on the upper floors only accessible via narrow stairs.

Here, you can explore a fascinating variety of birds, enjoy magnificent hiking trails, or try out thrilling mountain biking routes. You can also unwind on the sandy beach, taking in the water, the nature, and the peace it offers.

The apartment has its own entrance, a beautiful terrace and the garden (fire pit) can also be used. In addition to a kitchen with an oven and fridge, a washing machine is also available. The house is located in a quiet residential area with nice neighbors. The small town, with good infrastructure, can be reached on foot in five minutes.

Public transport connection to Göttingen via buses and trains (in 9 minutes the train is at Göttingen train station)

Die Wohnung liegt ca. 5 km vom Zentrum entfernt. Der Stadtbus hält vor unserer Tür. Das Klinikum und die Uni sind gut erreichbar. Eine längere Mietdauer ist möglich. Internetzugang: 100 MBits.
