Our vacation home was completed in the summer of 2025 and offers every comfort (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, fireplace, open kitchen/dining area).

Immerse yourself in a world of the past. The Gänsetrappe is a 335-year-old individual monument in the old town of Ballenstedt. The house is detached on the approximately 1000 square meter property at the end of a dead end road. The originality has been preserved as much as possible and carefully combined with the contemporary requirements of a cozy vacation home. This beautiful apartment with its loft-like character allows an almost 360-degree view over the rooftops of the Schlossberg. In the center of the living area there is a beautiful fireplace with a side reading corner and a cozy sofa overlooking the flickering fireplace.
