In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

Nelly is a wonderful host: gentle, attentive, nice and generous and her house is wonderful. Our room was as beautiful as in the pictures, with plenty of food and drink for breakfast or for a simple snack and the bathroom was very equipped as well (there was also the hairdryer with the diffuser for curly hair - life-saving!). It's been a lovely stay and I hope I'll be able to come back again. Merci Nelly, notre séjour a été fantastique!

My boyfriend and I stayed for a summer weekend night and enjoyed the location (minutes from lots of fun pubs with live music and the seaside eateries), the room (bigger than I expected), the bathroom (in our exclusive use, a great shower), and the breakfast chat with Peter. We got lots of local recommendations. Peter and Jo were lovely hosts and we'd happily stay again when in Hastings.

I only stayed for two nights, but it was a really pleasant experience. Kiloran was a friendly and thoughtful host, and it was clear they had gone to great effort to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The room had everything you’d need, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. I was honestly sorry my trip was such a quick one — I’d happily stay again!
