Paul was an amazing the location was beautiful and quiet and exactly what I was looking for . the rooms was perfect and I felt right at home straight away . I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again

We stayed here for one night before our flight from East Mids. This little place was perfect for our needs, very clean and comfortable. Very close to the airport. We went for dinner at the pub around the corner which was about a 3 min walk. Highly recommended place for an overnight stay, was exactly as described and great value. We will use again.

Everything about the stay was as expected. No surprises. Very very quiet and secluded and its position was perfect for me. I was working each day and most of the night too, a difficult time for me - and it was a peaceful haven to return to quickly. The fact that there were just no worries and everything worked was a great comfort. Jane is a warm, friendly, experienced and excellent host
