Thomas's apartment is a great place to stay close to Darmstadt. The apartment was clean and Thomas is very thoughtful with all the amenities. Recommended for sure.

The place was really great. The rooms were clean and cozy. It all looked like the pictures. The only small drawback was that an electric roller blind in the attic did not work and it was always very bright. But all in all definitely 5 stars and absolutely recommended!

We had a great stay in Johanna's apartment! There were seven of us there and the space was absolutely sufficient – the apartment is really spacious and ideally suited for a group of this size. Everything was as described, very clean and tidy, and everything was thought of: There were enough towels for everyone, the equipment was complete and functional – we felt comfortable immediately. The location is nice and quiet, ideal for relaxing, and a private parking space was also available – very convenient! Check in and out were completely straightforward. We would also like to highlight Johanna as a host: She was always friendly, accessible and helpful. You can tell that she really welcomes her guests. We can fully recommend the apartment and will be happy to come back!

The Greenleaf is a beautiful and great accommodation in an absolutely quiet and idyllic location. I booked the apartment for my parents and their dog; they were thrilled and felt absolutely comfortable and welcome. Carmen and Daniel took great care of them, regularly inquired whether everything was okay and were immediately available for questions. All in all, you feel completely comfortable and welcome with you, almost like a real part of the neighborhood. ☺️ An absolute recommendation!

The apartment was just like in the pictures – very clean, well equipped and in a quiet location. It had everything you need to feel right at home. Communication with Linda and Jan was straightforward, friendly and fast. Two absolute highlights were the terrace, where you could relax wonderfully, and the sauna - ideal for switching off. We really enjoyed the stay and would be happy to come back!

Sonja was very flexible with both the check-in and the check-out time, and that made our stay very comfortable. The apartment is very well equipped and very quiet. We really enjoyed our night there and wished we could have stayed longer.

The accommodation is large and optimal for us 3 people. The kitchen is optimally equipped and very clean. We got to know Eva in a short, pleasant conversation. All in all, we felt very comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The area around Arzheim is beautiful and there are many castles in the area as well as great hiking options. Stefan is a responsive and clear communication and the apartment was immaculate.

Katja both made very good suggestions for us and supported us to chech out comfortably by providing us with flexibility during and even after our stay. Thanks to her elegant fresh flowers and treats in the refrigerator she left for us, it was a meal for us even though we arrived very late on our first day. The cleanliness, location, silence, amenities were complete and good enough to be comfortable even if staying for a long time. I will definitely stay here again without hesitation. It was a great experience and pleasure for us.

We had a nice time in this newly renovated house and felt right at home. Despite the high temperatures, it was always quite cool in the house. The terrace and the grill are perfect for enjoying the weather. The kitchen was well equipped :) For 10 we had enough space in the house, for 12 we could imagine it a little tight. Thanks a lot!

Anja and Mike were extremely friendly and even made the key handover possible earlier. The rooms were very lovingly decorated and decorated for Christmas. In addition, the apartment was very well equipped with tea kitchen and many bathroom items. It was quiet, clean and cozy. We will definitely remember the apartment for next time 😊

The house is really well equipped, the photos and description are perfect. For us, the 3 bedrooms were just right and the house offers enough places to stay during the day in bad weather (conservatory, billiard room in the basement, sauna in the outbuilding), in good weather the courtyard is a dream. What we were missing a little bit was a piece of garden with lawn, but the courtyard is wonderfully planted and decorated.

The apartment is bright, friendly, very well maintained and perfectly equipped. In addition, it is very quiet and ideal for excursions. We feel completely comfortable here and always like to come back.

My stay at this apartment was just perfect! The apartment was not only super clean but also superbly equipped. I especially liked the bathroom – it was modern, well-maintained, and very inviting. The entire equipment left nothing to be desired, from the kitchen to the cozy living room. The safety precautions have also calmed me down very much, you feel completely safe here. I immediately felt comfortable and highly recommend this place!

The accommodation is ideally located in the old town area of Karlsruhe Durlach. It is only a few steps to the market place but also to a very large supermarket. So, if you want to get to know Karlsruhe and the surrounding area, this accommodation is ideal. Carola was always directly approachable for us, we felt very comfortable.

Steffen & Ann-Christin Are super hosts, very accommodating. Their apartment was clean and well equipped. It is located in a great area with plenty of things to do, great views of the Rhine Valley, and easy access to Mainz & Frankfurt. From previous reviews parking seemed to be an issue but we didn’t have any problems with parking the entire time we were there, even with on going street utility repairs. This is a very nice apartment, in a great location, with super hosts and I would highly recommend it.

From check-in to check-out, everything was impeccable with Sascha and his lovely family. It was super clean and super prepared. We arrived on a hot day and Sascha and his family ventilated in the morning and closed the shutters so that there is a pleasant climate in the apartment. But despite the heat outside, the apartment itself did not heat up too much. The family is super nice and child-friendly. We have absolutely nothing to complain about. As I said, we were absolutely thrilled.

Very good experience!! We stayed at Christiane place only two nights but we felt like at home! We recommend to everyone!
