The exclusive and modern houseboat "Opa Wilhelm" is located on the outer jetty of the yacht yard with unobstructed views of the harbor entrance Heiligenhafen and the famous nature reserve Graswarder. It offers about 50 m² of living space for 4 guests, 2 bedrooms with double beds, a separate shower room with toilet and a large living room with fully equipped kitchenette. The large upper deck invites you to relax and sunbathe. There are no direct neighbors other than the twin houseboat "Grandma Ella."

Part of our holiday home is this studio apartment, which we renovated in the summer of 2019 with love and attention to detail. The apartment consists of a living room and bedroom with new fitted kitchen and a modernized shower room and has a small private terrace and a private entrance. A cozy nest awaits you in a central yet quiet location, from which you can reach everything in Heiligenhafen on foot. If you are missing something, please let us know.

Come to Heiligenhafen! Why, you ask? In addition to a beautiful beach, a super friendly hostess awaits you here. 2025 is already the 3rd season with holiday guests and I'm really looking forward to my regular guests and you new guests. I'm happy to give you tips on how you can do as much or as little as possible here. Whether you want to spend your holiday just by yourselves or fancy surfing sessions or bike rides at sunset together is up to you.

Close to the Baltic Sea, we rent a cozily furnished guest room in a separate bungalow in a quiet location in the heart of Neukirchen. In the room, a small tea kitchen is integrated, private bathroom with shower / toilet is also available. Linen, towels, WiFi and parking are included. A terrace with your own beach chair & other seating our well-kept garden invites you to linger. 2 bikes can be used upon availability.

Tiny house on the Baltic Sea

Mobile tiny house made of wood with 8 cm insulation made of sheep's wool (biocide-free!), loving interior design with plenty of vegetable oiled wood for a healthy indoor climate and harmonious light, untreated larch wood cladding, five large, outward opening windows, running water, multimedia, loft bed with good mattresses and slatted frames, small fridge and room temperature controlled stone slab heating.

This beautiful tower apartment is located on the 7th level of the Baltic Sea residence in Heiligenhafen with fantastic sea views. It is 56 square meters, has a kitchen-living room with dining area and a shower room with hairdryer & towel heater. The separate bedroom is equipped with a double bed & TV. The beach is right outside the door, so you can be woken up by the sound of the waves in the morning

Vacation on a generous 44 m² on the second floor in the "Strandhuus" on the Steinwarder - just a few meters from the beach. The stylish studio apartment, renovated in Scandinavian style, has a cozy sleeping and sitting area with TV in the front area overlooking the sea. In the rear living area is the dining area, as well as a separate kitchen and shower room.

The "Strandhotel Heiligenhafen" is very special for us (and many regular guests): It has a sunbathing lawn on the lake, where you can relax if you don't want to go to the beach. Laundry? No problem. Rent a bike? Of course. And the flat? One room, 20 sqm2 with kitchenette and en-suite.

The apartment moevDECK offers 68 sqm under the roof and 23 sqm on the roof space for recreation. A small cuddly accommodation for max. 4 people in the old town of Heiligenhafen. Only 150 m to the inland lake or in the other direction to the market square.
