The Weitblick apartment with sauna is about 150 m² and suitable for up to six adults and two toddlers. Optionally, the 30 sqm Fernblick apartment (2 adults) can be booked as an addition. With a barbecue grill and direct access to nature, the accommodation is ideal for hiking and cycling enthusiasts and those seeking tranquility. A barbecue area with table, utility room and a garage are available to all house guests.

Our approx. 70 m² first floor apartment is idyllically located in the center of the village opposite the church in Ketschendorf, a district of Buttenheim. This place in Upper Franconia is surrounded by forest and highland cattle at the foot of the Friesener Warte and at the gates of Franconian Switzerland. Here you can relax, start wonderful hiking and cycling trails right in front of the door, local climbing and beer gardens, a gliding airfield (Friesner Warte) and a popular mountain bike route.

We lovingly restored our old farmhouse in 2016. The indoor climate is pleasant because the whole house is equipped with wall heating and clay plaster. It is located in a small place with only a few houses and is particularly suitable for nature lovers and people looking for peace and quiet. Children will also get their money's worth. Telephone, satellite TV and Wi-Fi are available, making our accommodation also ideal for home office with family. The nearest shopping is 4 km away.

Right on the bike and hiking trail, just a 2-minute walk from the lake, the apartment offers the perfect starting point for activities. The cities of Bamberg, Bayreuth, Forchheim and Erlangen/Nuremberg can also be reached in a short time. On the terrace there is a sitting area with a grill. We are happy to help during your stay, because Franconia offers something for everyone. Climbing, mountain biking, kayaking on the Wiesent or cave visits - everyone will find something here.

Wellness chalet measuring 73 m² with its own wellness facilities. A barrel sauna, whirlpool, and a crackling fireplace provide quiet, relaxing moments. Surrounded by natural, unique, and high-quality furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen, everything has been thought of. Towels, bedding, bathrobes, and slippers are already provided. Outside, you can enjoy your first coffee or a glass of wine in the evening on the large balcony or terrace.

The new holiday apartment is located in Oberngrub, the gateway to Franconian Switzerland. In the attic of a detached house, there are 3 rooms for a maximum of 5 people. The quiet area is ideally suited as a starting point. Free parking is available right in front of the house. A covered parking space for bicycles is also available. No pets allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the whole house, but is allowed on the balcony at any time.
