Toe aan ultieme ontspanning in een stad waar altijd wat te doen is? In Amsterdam Noord, in de circulaire wijk Buiksloterham, de nieuwe “place to be” van Amsterdam vind je de studio, een oase van rust voor de bezoekers van bruisend Amsterdam. De lichte studio heeft een eigen ingang en is gelegen aan een kleine “Japanse” binnentuin. Als je de schuifdeur openzet zit je in de tuin. In de sfeervolle rustige kamer staat een queensize bed. Ook de badkamer en suite is gelegen aan de binnentuin.

In the street behind the cottage is a nice, large playground, the "OKB". The bus stops in front of the door. Paid parking in the area and opposite the house. Free parking within walking distance. Center: a 5-minute walk Beach: 30 minutes by bike/15 minutes by car Two bicycles for use at the cottage.

The Old Factory “Energy Neutral Tinyhouse”

Our cozy guest house was converted in 2019 from an old aluminum factory to an energy-neutral tiny house of 40m2. It is free-standing in the backyard of our renovated house in Limmen. It is close to the dunes, the beach and forests. The larger cities of Alkmaar, Haarlem and Amsterdam are within driving distance. It is also easy to do by public transport, but having your own car makes it many times easier. With a bicycle, you can best enjoy the surroundings.

The house has 3 floors full of atmosphere and amenities. Looking for peace, space and nature in a rural area and yet close to Amsterdam? Then visit our lovely cottage. The cottage is located on the river Amstel, only 15 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike from the vibrant center of Amsterdam. The cottage overlooks meadows on all sides. It is next to the owners house, but offers a lot of privacy. The cottage has a nice terrace that overflows into the garden.
