Schwedenhaus Caius am Kiebitzsee

Only 100 meters away from the lake, in an absolutely quiet, idyllic location on the Kastanienallee, stands our little swedish cottage, which offers 4 beds and a sofa bed. Fantastic relaxation away from the big city, the perfect place to slow down and recharge with friends or friends. The Kiebitzsee has a great water quality. In addition, our house is the perfect starting point to explore Leipzig, Dresden, Wittenberg, the Tropical Island or the Spreewald.

In unserer mit Liebe sanierten und eingerichteten Gästesuite am Waldrand kommst Du zur Ruhe. Hier ist der richtige Ort zum Lesen, Schreiben, Meditieren, Kochen, zum Sternegucken, Pilzesammeln (Dörrautomat vorhanden) Hühnerfüttern, für Lagerfeuer, Waldspaziergänge und Tierbeobachtungen. Wer eine Zeit lang abschalten und die Natur genießen möchte, ist hier richtig. Der Ort eignet sich auch gut für etwas längere Auszeiten, etwa um ein Buch zu schreiben.

In the hustle and bustle of the big city animals, in the very nearby city center, there are numerous shopping opportunities. There are also countless places for a big appetite, tropical refreshments or of course local specialties. The arena and the stadium can be reached with a 15-minute walk through the beautiful Waldstraßenviertel.

Guest room in the idyllic village invites you to linger cozily, enjoy nothing to do and simply relax. Kleinrössen is about 100 km south of Berlin - between Herzberg and Falkenberg. Dresden/Leipzig is also just around the corner. Falkenberg is very accessible by RE. It is also an attractive tour (XXX/KR) by bicycle, e.g. via the Elberadweg. There is a beautiful countryside here with good bike paths, lakes and the black magpies; in short: pure nature.

Beautiful, secluded and very quiet property at the end of the small village. Beautiful view from the upper terrace over the Elbe landscape and the Elbe. The Elbe is about 400 m away. The Alte Elbe Kathewitz Nature Reserve begins 200 m away. Large hedges to the neighboring properties and a separate door to the Elbe dam. The house is good for up to 4 people. With an extra bed, however, it can also accommodate up to 6 people. Please feel free to ask.
