Newly refurbished apartment located in idyllic Strømsbubjag only 7-8 min walk along the water into the city centre. There is 1 parking space belonging to the apartment located on the ground floor of the dwelling. Small marina next door, garden at the front of the home. The residence is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbours, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrance to each of the apartments. Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and no smoking due to allergies

Consistently new 3-room apartment on the 1st floor in Bryggebyen with Tromøysund on both sides. Morning coffee on the terrace 5 meters from the sea and afternoon/evening sun on the field terrace overlooking Arendal's entrance. Great beaches/ swimming facilities 1 min walk from the apartment . Bathroom staircase 10 meters from the apartment. Free parking with the possibility of charging an electric car. 6 min drive to Arendal city, buses every quarter. Possibility of long-term rental from 1 January - 20 June 2026 and from 20 August 2026. Price by agreement.

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with a sea view and a private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

The cottage is surrounded by lush nature with hiking opportunities in the area, and at the lake just below the cottage you can sail, fish and swim. It is possible to rent a boat with an electric motor. SUP and canoe are free.

Bedroom 1 with double bed (180 cm), Bedroom 2 has a family bunk bed for 3 and is separate from the main apartment (see photos). Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.
