The heat pump keeps the temperature smooth throughout the day and the wood-burning stove can be lit for cosiness and extra heat. Skiers at Øynaheia are not far away and you can buckle the skis at the cabin and walk towards the slopes from there. Very nice swimming opportunities with its own jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

The residence is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbours, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrance to each of the apartments. Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and no smoking due to allergies

Fully equipped small detached house near Grimstad. The house is rural with a view of the water Temse from the veranda. You can take a bath there if you feel like it. The residence has a living room and kitchen in one, a bathroom and two bedrooms with 1.80x200 beds that are new. There is also a mattress if you want to be 5 in the house. It is only 6 km to Grimstad city center, and about 15 km to Arendal. Kristiansand Zoo is 26 minutes away by car. Arendal and Grimstad Riding Club is about an hour's drive away.

But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people (1 + 2) from May to September. Kayaks are not available from October to April.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.
