Older single-family home is rented. The house is located in close proximity to the jetty and Nidelva in Arendal. The house has good sun conditions and a large terrace with seating area and barbecue. The house is from 1970, but recently made light renovation in the bedrooms. One bedroom has a closet and a 120 cm bed, while the other bedroom also has a closet and a 150 cm bed. Bed linen, sheets and towels included :) The house is under a large renovation, so the basement is closed off and the parking lot is not finished but can be used. Feel free to reach out.

Trampoline is set up in the garden in the summer There is plenty of room for 2-3 families or a large family. Sleeps about 9/10 people, we have some mattresses that can be put on the floor in addition to the beds. Duvets and pillow for 12 persons.

Det er 150 meter til båt-og badeplass fra huset. Huset er 5 min fra nærmeste butikk og under 20 minutter fra Arendal. (med bil) Det er 4 soverom, 2 bad og 8 soveplasser(3 med dobbeltsenger og ett med 2 enkeltsenger). Det er kjøkkenhage og drivhus som må vannes, men det kan også høstes.

To minutters gange til ferjekaien, hvor den sjarmerende passasjerfergen "Kolbjørn" tar deg til/fra Arendal sentrum på få minutter flere ganger i timen. Fine bademuligheter i nærheten og kort vei til perler som Mærdø, Hove, Nidelva mm. Sjarmerende og skjermet terasse og hage med sol fra morgen til kveld. Perfekt for hygge på sene sommerkvelder.
