Our apartment has a new playground outside the house, is five min drive from the lake and fifteen min from skiing town of Willingen. The 65 sqm apartment comprises a double bedroom, double sofa bed in the living room and a double sofa bed in the hallway. The bathroom has a child-friendly shower. It has a balcony and garden for relaxing. Bicycles, washer and drier are located in the cellar. It is ideal for couples and families, with children’s toys and a projector for watching movies together

The road in front of the house leads in 300m to the lake, where you can swim and water ski in summer. Behind the house is immediately the forest, which extends to the Hochheide and the Rothaarsteig.

The house has a garden with a terrace. Restaurants, cinema, hiking trails are right on site. The city center can be reached quickly on foot via the castle hill. The apartment in the Hasen-Haus is located not far from Lake Affoldern, right at the entrance to the Kellerwald National Park – the perfect start to wonderful hikes. It is about 2 km to Lake Edersee. Around the lake there are countless leisure activities for all ages: the wildlife park, the summer toboggan run, a treetop trail, the climbing park, bike tours, water sports and swimming on and in the lake, a canoe tour on the Eder and much more.

Our house is on the edge of the village, surrounded by old trees with a large garden. It is only 45 minutes away from Cologne. It offers enchanting, stylishly furnished rooms, wonderful niches and retreats. You can linger and relax in the garden and in the forest. We are surrounded by wonderful nature and enchanting villages. Our house is also ideal for day workshops and offsite meetings. Projector, screen and flipchart are available.

Nestled in nature and equipped with a breathtaking lake view, this penthouse allows you to escape everyday life. Hike in the forest or by the lake and enjoy a bike ride with our e-bikes. When it's cool, warm up in the sauna or heated pool before settling in with a glass of red wine by the fireplace. In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake. Sun loungers, a SuP and a kayak are available there.

The apartment offers a total of approx. 45m² of living space in a historic half-timbered building, a new laminate floor and a completely new and modern bathroom. The half-timbered building is around 100 years old and was completely renovated, insulated and equipped with a new heat pump in 2021. The entire building is heated in a Co² neutral manner. There is a large solar system on the roof.
