A large associated property can be used for picnicking or sunbathing. There is plenty of parking on the farm. The apartment is located in Düshorn, a small village in the Lüneburg Heath. There is a bakery and village shop, and in Walsrode, 3 km away, there are numerous shopping opportunities.

The apartment is in the basement of a residential building built in 2014 and has a new and upscale equipment. The metropolises of Hamburg/Hanover/Bremen are each less than an hour away. Bad Fallingbostel can be reached by bike within a very short time and offers everything for everyday needs.

We offer you a nice and cozy apartment of about 74 m² in Neustadt am Rübenberge in the district of Suttorf. The state capital of Hanover can be reached via the B6 in 25 kilometers. The Steinhuder Meer is 15 kilometers away. The nearest shopping facilities such as Lidl, Aldi, Famila, Netto, DM, gas station and a bakery are about 2 km away as well as a large Chinese restaurant. Free parking is available on the property for our guests.

Apartment in Düshorn

Our small apartment is about 3 km away from Walsrode. This includes the world's largest bird park. We are in the middle of Hanover, Hamburg and Bremen. This has many opportunities for recreation, shopping and excursions. Düshorn includes, among other things, a beach bath and a mini golf course. Serengeti Park is also only 8 km from here. A small supermarket and bakery is also on site. The beautiful Lüneburg Heath is right outside.

This sounds like a charming basement apartment in an attractive location! The proximity to the historic old town of Verden Aller is certainly a great advantage, as you can quickly reach the amenities and atmosphere of the city. The living and sleeping area as well as the small kitchen niche offer a practical and cozy living atmosphere. The bathroom with shower and washing machine is also very practical and increases comfort.

At the berry farmer

The apartment (ground floor) is located in the countryside on the edge of an idyllic village in the Aller-Leine valley, on a berry fruit farm. Facilities include washing machine, dishwasher, TV, Wi-Fi, carport. In a few km you can reach shopping facilities, train station, amusement parks (Serengetipark, Heidepark Soltau, Weltvogelpark). Extensive cycling, walking and riding trails are at the front door.

Vacation apartment on the farm

Our apartment is located on the upper floor of our farmhouse from 1935 and consists of 2 bedrooms with three beds (2x single bed, 1x king size), a living room with sofa bed, a dining room, kitchen and daylight bathroom with bathtub. Since it is an apartment in the countryside, there are of course also some flies and mosquitoes. A bottle of mosquito spray is therefore not a bad companion.
