Very nice and cozy. I'd love to come back for short trips. :)

The property is very tastefully decorated and of high quality. Everything was clean, we didn't miss anything. Kathrin and Niculin are very open and warm people. The location of the apartment is great: The old town is within walking distance. There are many activities in the area. We are very satisfied. Thank you for everything.

When we entered the apartment, we were very surprised at how large this apartment is. Everything is super nice and cozy and nothing was missing. Neither in the kitchen nor in the bathroom. The area itself is also super beautiful. You live, so to speak, between the fields. Lake Chiemsee is only 20 minutes away by car. There is a super nice and delicious Italian restaurant within a 10-minute walk. Communication with Madlen was also great. She responded quickly to questions and the like and immediately proposed a solution. We highly recommend this apartment and would have loved to stay there longer!

It was the perfect place for us to stay. Everything was super clean and maintained. There is a lot of love in the apartment, so you feel very comfortable. For us, the accommodation offered a great starting point for excursions to Lake Tegernsee, Lake Chiemsee and Salzburg. We recommend.
