It has 4 bedrooms on two levels, a living area with fireplace and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, two bathrooms with shower/toilet and a guest toilet. A terrace, garden, washing machine, and a parking space directly at the house add extra comfort. Bed linen is charged at EUR 19.80 per linen set and includes 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. Upon arrival, everything will then be ready.

Nature is beautiful at any time of the year and can be explored from your own jetty with boats and SUPs. Fishing in your own lake area is possible free of charge.

On about 60 m², up to 4 guests (+2 extra beds) will find space to feel good. Chill area for kids on the gallery, private sauna wellness times can be reserved, child-friendly beach in 10 minutes by foot. Laundry packages can be booked for a fee, early check-in & late check-out on request.

The house is located in a very quiet location in the Schaalsee Biosphaerenreservat. It is 10 km to Schaalsee, 5 km to Neuenkirchen Lake, 50 km to the Baltic Sea (traffic jam-free!!!). From the house you can start directly for cycling tours, on adjacent hiking trails. On the very natural property there is also a swimming pond. The house is very bright and very quiet. I also paint there and write and so there is also a large easel available. Pets have a generous run.

The lovingly furnished thatched-roof house “Drei Möwen” offers sea views and a large garden with a wooden terrace, beach chair, hammock, fireplace, and sauna with a rain shower. Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed. In one bedroom, the lounge chair can be converted into a bed. The natural, flat Baltic Sea beach with playground and beach bar is within minutes walking distance. The house is suitable for allergy sufferers. Therefore, no pets are allowed.

An open kitchen, cozy living area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub) and the magnificent play and sleeping gallery are spread over the open and warmly designed two floors. The whole thing is spanned by a spacious terrace for summer days in the deck chair and sociable evenings at the grill or campfire.

In summer, we recommend a canoe trip on nearby Ratzeburger See or a shopping trip to Lübeck! Wedding parties are possible on the farm! The house has a full basement.
