The property is away from the road, and there are usually also some animals that would like to be talked to, if interested. Close to the center, but quiet neighborhood.

My place is close to public transportation. You'll love my place because of the light, the surroundings, the outdoor area. It is about 1500 meters to the city center and pedestrian street. Approx. 3000m to marina, beach and forest. My place is good for singles, couples and couples with children (max. 3) and business travelers.
