Minibacke is a lovely accommodation in the countryside in Nykulla, 2.5 km north of Växjö. You live in a newly renovated barn with fields and forest outside the corner and with many attractions nearby. The accommodation is best suited for 2 persons. In the kitchen you can cook light meals. Stove, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment available. Smart TV with Chromecast and Soundbar with Bluetooth connection. Bathroom with WC, shower, washing machine and dryer. Welcome to a unique accommodation in a peaceful environment with lake views just outside Växjö. Stay on the raft a stone's throw out in the shallow Tävelsåssjön. Nice both summer and winter. Enjoy the sunset over the lake. Open the doors to the water as soon as you wake up. Why not both an evening and morning swim after the sauna? Options such as pizza, breakfast, sauna, pool, Jacuzzi are available on request. If you wish to order Neapolitan pizza directly from the pizza oven, please let us know a few days before arrival.

Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, the fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and party live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 on two floors and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-fired fireplace, a sauna in the forest and Doris the cat is happy to stay with you if you want to have company.

The house is located in a fantastic quiet and beautiful setting by the lake outside Nye where you have access to your own jetty and boat. Enjoy a boat ride and the view of the lake from the large deck. Just a few minutes away there is a swimming area, cafe and kiosk. Summer invites you to swim, fishing or boat excursions it is winter you can enjoy the tranquility at (or on) the ice. We are located in the Småland garden where the countryside has largely kept its character as you recognize from Astrid Lindgerns stories.

Meet our lovely red cottage in Småland surrounded by forest, hills and lakes. With all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay. Enjoy a cozy evening by the wood stove. The house has a big private garden where you can relax and make a campfire at the fire pit. Go fishing or take a swim in one of the lakes nearby. With a bit of luck you see deer and foxes from our sunny porch. Go skiing at the ski-slope, visit a moose park or go down the zippline. From April to October we rent out 2 kayaks.

Our little cottage by the lake

At the homestead called Hamborg, grandfather's old cottage stands in a beautiful, secluded meadow by Lake Örken. It offers a simple but close to nature accommodation close to the lake, swimming and fishing. Here you can experience total peace and silence far from neighbours. A rowing boat is available to borrow and a short walk through the forest there is a nice swimming area with a small sandy beach. There are beautiful surroundings for hiking in the forest or on the gravel roads.
