Will work for 1 to 5 guests. Depending on how cozy you like it. We have a basement apartment with a Private Entrance! BR with 1 queen bed, and 1 twin bed plus TV. LR with pull out full size sofa sleeper ( twin day bed available) and 50 inch TV … foosball, darts, pool table and dining table. Private bath and well equipped private kitchen. 10 minutes to downtown Holland or Saugatuck. Quiet subdivision. Close to Laketown Beach and Sanctuary Woods Park. We have two adult bikes! Just ask to use them!

The home gets excellent natural light and offers gorgeous lake + park views from multiple rooms in the house & outside deck. Renovated 4 years ago on both levels including kitchen, living room, furniture, appliances, & the original hardwood floors refinished! We are easy walking distance to downtown + the 8th St. Farmers Market on Saturdays.
