Direct aan open water en verbonden met het IJsselmeer – ideale vislocatie vanaf de steiger, vissen vanaf de boot ook mogelijk. Is gelegen aan de bosrand, staat op een ruime kavel en heeft een eigen parkeerplaats. De vakantiewoning heeft een eigen Wifi met goed bereik. De bungalow is gelegen op het park Roosdunen en is op loopafstand van het mooie dorp Ballum, het strand, de zee en de duinen. In de zomermaanden is er gratis toegang tot het openlucht zwembad ‘De Schalken’. De woning is huisdiervrij.
