Spacious kitchen and living area with a large desk in the event you need to work. A key to the travel trailer and gate remote is provided to you so you can come and go as you please. The Mathis House is located in a peaceful area within walking distance to the river, shops and the historic walking tour. It has a large fenced yard with a patio. The home has a fully equipped kitchen and there are several restaurants close by. The living room has a foldout couch. The den also has what the family called the napping couch.

Arroyo Studio

Located in the old downtown area of Castroville, at the corner of Lisbon and Naples Street, this studio guesthouse was once the kitchen area of the Schmidt House which was built in 1870 according to the Texas Historical Survey Committee. The original home sits on site but is inaccessible pending restoration efforts.
