In the middle of nature but only 20 minutes from Gothenburg, you will find this idyll. Here you can stay comfortably in a newly built guest house with fireplace, wood-fired sauna and hot tub. Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Live life in this peaceful and centrally-located hotel accommodation down in the southern harbor of Fotö. An accommodation for those who wish to stay on an island but still with proximity and ease to Gothenburg. Free car ferry takes you easily here and into central Gothenburg. Fotö belongs to Öckerö Municipality consisting of ten islands, with proximity to the sea as a matter of course. From Fotö, you can reach the other nine islands, either by bridge or ferry. You also have proximity to grocery store, shopping, restaurants about 3 km from Fotö.

The cottage is located three minutes walk from the nearest grocery store (Hemköp). Walk a few meters to Klåva harbour where there are shopping opportunities and a good selection of restaurants and cafés. The cottage is located 3 minutes bicycle path to a beach where there is pier, beach and cliffs. Hönö offers several beautiful bathing areas around the entire island.

Toalett, microugn, liten kyl, litet utekök, grill, lakan, handdukar och utemöbler på terassen och i porten. Egen dusch via egen ingång i stora huset nära. Hängmatta och oftast två cyklar. Teresa, bildkonstnär, jobbar i ateljén, trädgården eller tar en paus på stranden. Vi trivs med gäster och gör vårt bästa för att alla ska trivas.

Please note! You can rent bedlinens and towels for a fee, or you can provide it for yourself if you wish. You can't follow a GPS to our cabin. Write to us to get the right directions. In the lakehouse there is a small kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a view over lake Torskabotten.

Our little guesthouse is cosy and quite, in the end of the "street". It is simple, estetic and easy to like. The veranda gives you possibility to look at the boat passing by to Denmark and Gothenburg. If you like to get inspirated och to take long walks, this is a perfect place for You. We have a couple of restaurants on the island and help You find the best places to bath, walk and eat. Quiet and close to nature.
