Hi , We are renting out a furnished house, integrated into the courtyard of our farmhouse, which we have renovated ourselves. This accommodation is conveniently located about 15 minutes from the beaches of the bay of Brest, on the edge of the Armorica Regional Natural Park, but also at the gates of the Crozon peninsula and the Monts d'Arrée. We are 20-30 minutes from the entrance to the neighboring towns: Landerneau (20 minutes) – Brest (23 minutes) – Châteaulin (25 minutes) and 30 minutes from the first beaches of the peninsula.

The house consists of 3 pentys (small farm buildings) of which 2 are equipped with bread ovens. We renovated them for 3 years in an ecological spirit to form an atypical whole. Located on a meander of the Aulne Maritime in an old Breton village, the house is ideally located for visiting the Armorica Natural Park, access to the beaches of Douarnenez Bay (10 min), the town of Châteaulin (all shops 5 min away), Menez Hom. The accommodation is located in the owners' house, it is independent as well as the access. It consists of a living room (1 possible bed for 1 person with real mattress, an extra €10 per night is requested) a kitchenette and living room with TV. A spacious bedroom adjoining the bathroom. This peaceful apartment in the countryside is 1 km from the Brest Quimper expressway between sea and forest.

18 m² studio with 50 m² garden in a quiet area. Equipped kitchen, 140 x 200 mezzanine bed, sofa, TV, shower room and storage. Access 2 min walk from GR34 and 5 min walk from the beach. Bring small shoes for swimming. 20 min drive to Brest and Landerneau, 45 min to the Crozon Peninsula. No smoking and no pets allowed. Check-in and checkout times are modifiable and agreed upon together.
