Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside in this fine 1920s home. The villa is 163 sqm spread over seven rooms, so there is plenty of opportunity for extra beds indoors. The garden has room for both football, campfires and tents. There's always a sunny spot to be found. Please note that the house is used daily by a family with children and that wear and tear, mess and dirt may occur. Here you can experience homey coziness and bring your children and pets. There is a bathroom on the ground floor, unfortunately only with a shower at the moment. On the 1st floor there is a toilet.

In the house you can open the doors to the garden and enjoy the bird whistle and view while you are sitting in designer furniture or cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. In the center of Skanderborg, right by Bloom's Center. Perfect for a lovely party or a cozy evening at home. The apartment has a balcony where you can enjoy a view of the lake, which is right by the entrance to the festival. So, you won’t find a better location if you want more luxury than at a festival. If you want a quiet day, you can go over to the cultural center and take a sauna and a bath. There is also a pool, etc. for children. There are no parties allowed in the apartment, and quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m.

Large villa with beds for 6 adults and 2 children. A separate children's playroom located in extension to the dining room, and a spacious living room in the opposite end from the kitchen/dining room. The villa is located right next to a large green area and a short bike ride to the sea. Aarhus city is 12 km away and both train and bus stops are a short walk away from the house. We have a cat. It’s very friendly and goes in and out itself.

Many dep/arr every hour to Aarhus. 16-30 minutes to Aarhus depending on destination.

Charming and great location ☀️

Great location. Nice House in a Cozy little town close to Beach, Forrest, Legoland, Zoo, H.C Andersen, Golf, Waterpark etc.. We rent out the House 2-3 weeks every summer and normally minimum 1 week at a time. Prefer Sunday to Sunday. Check in from 3 pm / Check out 11 am.

Relax in this unique and quiet home in a scenic area by Hallesø. In the summer, it is not possible to swim in the lake due to the presence of algae. There is a rowboat and a two-person tent. Electric car charger, by agreement on payment TV with Google Chrome Cast.
