The owner and the management team were easy to communicate with. Easy to reach and cared about our experience. The private pier was so nice. So easy to travel back and forth from the house. Pet friendly was a plus!

As a visitor to San Leon for over 50 years, this house has all the charm needed for total relaxation.

we stayed at Janes place for the weekend. we enjoyed the non-stop cool breeze on the patio. we had a nice bbq in the covered area near the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was amazing. had lots of fun fishing off the wooden peir. Nice Comfy home to relax. Great host!

Great stay! The only thing would be the hot tub chemicals were quite strong but they quickly got them leveled out for us and we couldn't have been happier! wonderful place and will definitely be booking again next time we come down!

This is our fifth time staying at Patrick’s house. This stay, like all the others, was a great experience. It’s a perfect location with a great fishing dock. It’s a quiet, peaceful setting and not too far from Galveston. The house is nice and comfortable. Patrick is quick to address any concerns and is always responsive and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

Very nice and peaceful environment. Had plenty to do to keep our family and kids engaged. There were a few chairs loose or broken but it wasn't enough to look past and enjoy our time. The pool table came in handy. The rooms were great. The bunk bed room was good but the very top bunk is were too close to the ceiling and could make you claustrophobic if you weren't already. Overall great experience.

Fantastic Airbnb! I’ve been eyeing this Airbnb for my birthday every year for quite some years and I finally but the bullet and booked it this year - I’m so glad I finally did! It’s GORGEOUS, and you get a fantastic view of the ocean as well from various points in the house. The noise from the bars is loud at night if you’re in those front rooms so I recommend bringing a white noise machine or earplugs plus an eye mask if light bothers you. My friends and I had an excellent time and we hope to book it again in the future

Bedrooms had comfortable beds and bedding, bathrooms were spacious, kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. The pool area was beautifully landscaped and we enjoyed the pool, which was very warm everyday. My dog wasn't interested in using the artificial turf but we enjoyed our waterfront walks. The views from the deck and living room/kitchen were amazing. I woke up early to catch a sunrise on Paul's recommendation and highly recommend it to others! Just stunning, and a perfect view from the deck. Paul was generous and accommodating with check in, and very responsive to messages, with good tips on the area. I'd happily stay again if the chance comes up. Thanks for a great stay at your property Paul!

The host were attentive and quick to respond. The pool was great for the kids and fishing off the pier was fun. My whole family loved the accommodations and the scenery. Plenty of space for a big family. Thanks for the memories.

This house is beautiful and well maintained. My favorite room is the air-conditioned sun porch. it was a relaxing place to sit and read. When the others in our group arrived we enjoyed sitting there talking. Living room is comfy. Wifi was great. We never even turned on the TV, we were to busy enjoying all being together. Kitchen is well stocked and large enough for several people to move around in. Bedrooms have comfortable bedding and mattress. Not a host issue just out there for information. Beds are all very tall, for most this would not be an issue I struggled due to back, knee, and hip issues. Grandkid loved the bunk bed. We enjoyed the location and selected it because it was close to the water and several of our favorite places. Check out the shops & Restaurants on Main Street. My favorite is El Ranchero. 1st Saturday each month is the vendor event on Main St. 5 Points Park when all lit up at night is beautiful. It's kind of retro neon, think Radiator Springs from Cars.

Took my parents for a little gateway weekend for their birthday and it was perfect and more. Emilia very kind and fast with replies. Really chill spot and close to everything. Very content with my stay.

I will say the house itself is beautiful, but upon walking into the property, it had a strong smell of dog or a pet smell, we started looking around and finding dead bugs in the corner, but the host was very responsive and fixed that right away along with the leaking air conditioner. The house itself is beautiful. The area is very peaceful and quiet.

We loved staying at Eduardo’s place! The home was beautifully decorated and the pool was fantastic. He was very flexible about giving us a later check out time as well.

Beautiful home and the location is amazing. The sunrise and sunsets are breathtaking. You also get an awesome view of the Boardwalk. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. I would love to stay again sometime. If you plan to bring kids or luggage please be mindful it is two flights of stairs and no elevator so carrying luggage and a baby can be tiresome at first but the views and location make it worth it.

This home was perfect for our family. The beds were so comfortable we didn’t want to leave! There are beautiful views from every room and a huge shaded yard for the kids to play. We also caught fish every time we went out on the dock! We will definitely stay again!!

Lia's place was great. beautiful and clean. one of the showers had drainage issues which I believe was missed by the cleaning crew. I communicated the issue to the team and they very very receptive to the feedback. The place is cute and a good spot for families to hang out. I'd come back.

We've stayed here twice. It's a nice little 2 bedroom with a bunk bed. What you see online is what you get and everything works as it should. A couple of small hacks for staying here: The dishwasher has a master power switch on the counter that might be turned off; be prepared for a very soft master bed; and the automatic programming of the thermostat may need to be overridden.
