I have not one complaint. It was perfect for my lifestyle, which is quiet in the evenings. Everything worked. Only suggestion would be a clock - I brought my own because I need digital with large numbers. Highly recommend for a super home away from home!

I stayed with Lisa for about 3.5 months and I couldn’t have had a better experience. I’m a young girl and needed a safe place to stay for work. I couldn’t have picked a better place. The bed was so comfortable, the place was cutely decorated, and everything I needed was there. Lisa herself was wonderful to be around and very friendly! She would always respond fast and help me with anything I needed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an Airbnb in HTX!

Lovely little studio guesthouse in a beautiful neighborhood. Felt extremely safe and close by to a few coffee shops and restaurants. Even an uber wasn’t too much for something a little further away. Was able to find street parking even later into the night. Would definitely recommend!

This was the third time we’ve stayed at this location and will be again in the future, great place!

The visual instructions for how to enter the unit we're some of the clearest I've ever encountered on Airbnb, and I really appreciated that. the kitchen was well-equipped, and Phuong thoughtfully left some water and snacks. The bed is super comfortable! I really loved the neighborhood- nice walking paths and trees.

Heck yeah I'd stay here again - fantastic value, super clean, safe and secure parking, great neighborhood ... I never even locked the door - not once. Yes, this is a "guest house" with the main house like, right there, but I always felt like I had adequate privacy ... everything was as described, if not better than described ... top shelf host,cozy digs, great value.

Carolyn is a very good host and is accommodating and makes sure you have what you need. The home is very nicely arranged and clean. Appliances are good up to date quality. The outside is beautiful. Flowers and water fountains and a beautiful lawn in a quiet safe neighborhood. Gives it a country feel. Very good quality place at a fair price! Highly recommend!

Vicki was very friendly and went the extra step to help us settle in. The place was much better than many other ( excellent) places we’ve stayed. In summary, this place is perfect. Side note: there was some confusion getting in the gate. Ultimately my fault. But, AirB&B is to blame for flooding my inbox with 17 emails. More current emails would “tax onto” older emails and effectively hide the newer ones. Ergo, I couldn’t find the gate code when it was sent.

The place is cozy and spotless! It is well stocked and as pretty as pictured. The location is conveniently close to shopping and entertainment. Luis is very responsive and accommodating. I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this place.

We loved Laura's "Casita" in the Heights. The neighborhood is very cool, with lots of good restaurants/groceries, but also veryconvenient to downtown Houston and museum district. Thanks to Laura's excellent communication and clear instructions, finding the house, parking and getting inside were a breeze. Check-in and check-out were so easy. The living room was comfortably and colorfully furnished. Lots of warm, natural light without compromising any privacy, a very inviting and "homey" feeling. The kitchen was well appointed with lots of counter space and nice appliances, and all the cookware and tableware you'd need. The bedrooms were clean and cozy, with comfortable mattresses and nice bedding. They were also very quiet, so we slept well. The bathrooms were clean, and the shower in the primary bath was a treat. Everything (central a/c, TV, wifi, hot water, ceiling fans) worked like it should. I would absolutely book here again for a short or long stay. Five stars - highly recommend!

Isaac and Berenice's rental space was exactly as pictured! It is very clean, easy to find, and very convenient to all the places we needed to be during our stay. We had everything we needed for our stay, plenty of kitchenware, a big refrigerator, clean bathroom and comfortable bed. We really appreciated their quick responses to our messages. We especially enjoyed our evening walks through the neighborhood with its beautiful mature vegetation, trees, and flowers. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the area!

This Airbnb stay was exactly what was needed for our trip! Adam was quick to respond to messages, and suggested some really great places to check out nearby. Adam let us know when he'd be unavailable to reach, and provided a secondary contact for us in that time. The price was fair, and the place was clean and tidy upon check in. We were also offered a late checkout if needed, as we were flying out that evening. We were very happy with our stay!

Wonderful stay! I wish I was still there. I was able to walk to great restaurants and happy hours (try Better Luck Tomorrow). Wonderfully green, quiet neighbourhood. The space was very comfortable, I felt right at home. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the washing machine. I hope to be back. :)

We were tired after a wine dinner in the Heights. It was convenient to drive only a few miles to crash for the night. It was very nice, quiet and clean! We will absolutely request this place again if Toby will have us. Thank you Toby! Randy & Rhonda Burkhalter

The house was exactly what we needed—clean, comfortable, and in a safe area. I went on morning runs and always felt secure. Communication with the host was great, and we’d definitely stay again.
