Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. In the immediate vicinity, there is wilderness with plenty of trails, including the Vildmarksleden, for hiking, running and mountain biking. Airport: 8 minutes Chalmers golf course: 5 min

Enjoy a morning coffee on the balcony and enjoy the view from the kitchen table. The house has a living room with sofa, armchair and dining area. Fully-equipped kitchen. Shower/toilet with washing machine. 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 or 2 beds depending on needs. Chest of drawers and wardrobes. 2.8 km to shops and pizzeria. Cleaning, sheets or towels are not included. Cleaning supplies are available. No pets.

Living room with day bed for 2 people and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining area, washing machine, bathroom and sauna. As well as patio with barbecue. 800 m to sea bathing with jumping towers, beach and cliffs. 400 meters to the port and about 800 meters to the petrol station with ICA Near. 50 meters to bus stop, line 335 towards Stenungsund. Electric car charging and rental of kayaks are offered for an additional fee on request. Parking possible for up to 4 cars.

Upper Järkholmen

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. The guest apartment is located in the barn at our farm in Stigfjorden Nature Reserve. You see the open landscape with fields and farms, behind mountains and forests to walk in. Nearest bath is 1 km. The silence is significant even during the summer period. To Skärhamn 12 km, Pilane Art 8 km and to Sundsby manor 7 km. Tourist tips: From Rönnäng, take the ferry to Åstol and Dyrön, (islands with no cars). Klädesholmen and Skärhamn. Sundsby säteri, 2 km from the apartment - very good place for hiking. Stenungsund - closest shoppingcenter. Here is also several restaurants.

Hus på 44kvm med möjlighet att bo fem personer. Huset är vackert beläget med utsikt över ängar och berg. Framför huset finns en stor gräsmatta som kan användas för lekar och andra aktiviteter. Det är fem minuters promenad till havet och i viken finns en eka som man får låna. På ön finns en fiskaffär och restaurang, också den fem minuters promenad från huset. Naturen på ön är mångskiftande med öppet hav och klippor i väst, små jordbruk och skog mitt på ön.
