Sea house

In the heart of the Pink Granite Coast, I offer a small fisherman's house, recently renovated. Located on the popular site of Ile Grande, you can enjoy various sports and cultural activities (fishing, boating, beach, hiking, visits) as well as very beautiful landscapes. You'll have a great time at this comfortable and well-equipped place to stay. Quiet house with private parking, a pleasant garden, a sea view from the bedroom depending on the flow of the tides.

Charming cottage, feet in the water

At the tip of the harbour, after it is the sea, charming cottage feet in the water with very beautiful view. In a small port typical of this Brittany strong of its marine history. Pink granite, hiking trails, the GR 34 passes 300m from the cottage. The house is by the sea, modern and situated on the wonderful Ile Grande, facing Aval island, near Perros Guirec, Ploumanach and Tregastel. The main room benefits from a sea view thanks to large windows. The private garden surrounds the house. Take your time and enjoy the comfort of a modern house and an ideal location on the "cote de granit rose". The sea side walking path going round Ile Grande, and the Toul Gwen beach are next to the house.

In absolute calm, at the end of a cul-de-sac, in nature and palm trees and 200 meters from the beach... Modern with "high-end" equipment and bedding, you can enjoy 4 paddles and a 3-seater canoe (2 adults and a child) to stroll in the lagoon of Ile Grande with transparent waters.
