The apartment has a large living/bedroom with a fireplace. There is a modern kitchen and a high-quality bathroom with a shower, bathtub and toilet. The terrace invites you to linger in the countryside. Parking is right outside the door. The picturesque town with a castle is surrounded by a lot of forest and numerous hiking trails. There is a train station where trains run hourly to Ilmenau and Erfurt. Within walking distance are a bakery and other shopping possibilities.

Conradshöh vacation home with sauna

The 90 sqm holiday home offers a living room with open kitchen on two floors, as well as a bedroom with adjoining dressing room and a bathroom. The generously equipped kitchen offers the possibility to completely cater to yourself. The comfortable bedroom is equipped with a 1.80 m wide double bed. If necessary, another sleeping place can be quickly arranged on the foldaway bed. As a special highlight, there is a sauna in the vacation home.

Ride downstream by bike along the award-winning Ilmradweg to the cultural city of Weimar. Visit the historical sites of Thuringia such as the Wartburg, the Schwarzburg, the capital Erfurt and much more on day trips.

Whether chilling on the cozy couch with a view of the countryside, feasting together at the real wood table or grilling the original Thuringian sausages on the terrace and then cooling off in the natural swimming pond – in the Relax house YOU should feel comfortable.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. It is in the immediate vicinity of the city center, but also a large park. The town of Apolda is only a few kilometers from Weimar, Jena, Bad Sulza or Naumburg. We hosts live in a house on the same property and are happy to help you with “advice and assistance.”

Our spacious apartment with 2 terraces and garden is located in a prime location in the Bäderviertel Ilmenau. The city center is a 3-minute walk away, while the Festhalle and the city park are less than 5 minutes away on foot. From there, you can take various hikes through the Thuringian Forest (e.g. to the Kickelhahn or to Manebach).
