It was wonderful. Cozy, great location, spacious, and clean. My wife and I would stay again!

The place was conveniently located and a great value for Memorial Day weekend. David and Amy were also very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Do not hesitate to book Terri’s place. She is the sweetest person that makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. She puts thoughtful decor and touches throughout the space. The neighborhood is quiet and charming. You are only 15 minutes from downtown Indy and it is an easy drive. Terri is quick to respond to any text. We had a wonderful stay for the solar eclipse. She even had eclipse themed snacks and linens for our stay ❤️ We had a wonderful time.

Had a great stay at Colleen's. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable and spacious accommodations. Would definitely stay again.

This place is fantastic. John has done a fantastic job with making this spot feel welcoming. It was spotless and smelled great. The decor is cute as well. No complaints at all. John’s directions were perfect and the location is wonderful for walking about the city. 10/10 not only will I be recommending this listing to others I also plan to use it again in the future.

Shane has it down to a T. She has explanation of how to check out. Very responsive when I messaged her. Listened to some additional needs we had while staying there. It’s definitely one we will return to.

Can’t say enough good things about this place and Christina. I have never stayed at a shared space Airbnb before and Christina was so friendly and accommodating that it felt just like our own. Everything was so incredibly clean and tidy, the room had such great space, light, and she even had a little mini fridge stocked with drinks. She also was very communicative if we had any questions or just a friendly chat. Although it was about a 30 minute drive into downtown Indy, it was an easy drive and I would stay there again in a heartbeat if we ever have another trip to the Indy area!

When we got there, the door was locked. I messaged Heather and she was there in 15 minutes and apologize profusely other than that It was the first Airbnb experience I had and it was amazing. I would absolutely recommend this place.

All I can say is OMG!! Me and my boyfriend loved this stay we were worried because we have never stayed in the house with the host but this is totally not like that you have your own apartment right next door. We will be staying again for sure very soon. After driving 5hours it was so great to just come right in a house and feel like you at home ,nothing has to be done but to relax. Literally if I had to say anything bad it would be there is no iron and me and my boyfriend it suck with steamers so come with your clothes ironed don’t be like us and pack your clothes right out the washer & dryer. Lol

Beautiful park-like setting. Outdoor patio area. Comfortable furnishings and the bed was fantastic!

Without going into detail. I would just like to say. Our host went above and beyond to accommodate me and my wife. I was working a very stressful assignment. Which I was able to complete, and my wife was able to have a very good and productive weekend in Indy. All because of how generous and understanding our host was.

I had a great stay with Curt. Curt is very pleasant and accommodating. His place is very well organized and fit for comfort. Access in and out was a breeze. We got to hang out a little bit in his back yard and had some good convo. I highly recommend Curt and his place and I would totally stay there again next time I'm in Indy.

We enjoyed this loft apartment and plan to return! It is a 5 minute walk to the Monon trail, with access to nature and also Broad Ripple Village. “Fresh Thyme” (sizable grocery store) is a 10 minute walk, which was so helpful. The skylights and abundant windows allowed light to flood the space. The AC/heat/hot water systems were robust, even on chilly days. And there’s even an under counter freezer. There’s so much well-planned storage, complete with multiple coat racks, and the laundry room was truly appreciated. It was great to have an inside staircase, too. Can’t say enough about how helpful our hosts were. We will return! The Haleys

Absolutely Perfect! Emily exceeded expectations in making our stay comfortable and special. The property had two large rooms for comfortable sleeping, a nice bathroom and shower, and a shared space with couch and tv that was great. Beds were very comfortable! I didn't need to contact Emily with any questions or issues because everything was ready for us and easy. We got in late and had no issues entering and getting right to sleep. When I did let her know our arrival and departure plans she was very responsive. The location was beautiful and natural and really enjoyable. It was private and felt secluded but was actually just a quick 10 minute drive to the town that had everything we wanted and needed including coffee, food, and forgotten supplies. We stayed for an event in Indianapolis, and it was an easy 30min drive to downtown which we made multiple times. This is a great property on a great location with a great host. Very glad we stayed here, thank you Emily! :)

My friend and I were in town for the Pacers game, and this was a quiet, cozy place that was a pleasant walk from Gainbridge. I would definitely return.

We feel very luicky to have found this residence. It was superconvenient for our stay with family in Indianapolis and suited our needs perfectly. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable and had everything we needed for a worry-free stay. Ashley was very responsive, friendly and accomodating.

We were in town for a basketball tournament and just needed somewhere for one night and Celeste’s place was perfect! It was clean, comfortable and close to everything. She was so friendly and very accommodating. I would definitely stay again 🙂
