This place was exceptional, spotless even nicer than the pictures and literally the best stocked place I have ever stayed in. Coffee, cream sugar, note pad, laundry supplies….Other hosts should stay here and take notes! I have already recommended it others and I can't imagine s staying anywhere else when I return to the area!i Loved it! ❤️

Ruth and Chris were awesome hosts. The space was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Their communication was great from the beginning. The location has easy access to Traverse City and the surrounding area. I would highly recommend Ruth and Chris’s place to anyone visiting the Traverse City area. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

This was our 2nd stay and it was an extended one. Carol is always responsive and warm. We were up there for the last 3 weeks of IAA and had family coming in and out of the area. Working with Carol in advance, so she was aware of our plans, we were able to have grandparents join us for a performance weekend, friends over to get ready for Morp, and plenty of space to re-pack the dorm room for storage and returning home! We were also able to easily work remotely. I honestly hesitate to gush too much about this place - but Carol deserves it! This will always be our go to play to stay when we’re up visiting the Academy!

This place is good, quiet, clean and full of amenities. This is a convenient choice when you want to experience many places like Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Glen Lake, Crystal Lake.
