It’s a lovely place to stay. The price is reasonable, considering you get the full apartment to yourself a few metro stations far from the downtown. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, there is a nice grocery shop nearby, also some cafes and bakeries. The host is very responsive. The place has a fully functional kitchen, along with pots and pans. I am happy with my stay. Thank you, Bernard!

First of all from start to finish communication was absolutely first class. Accommodation was more than anticipated. Met and matched all of our aspirations. Cleanliness was perfect. Hosts Isabelle and Pascal are just truly wonderful people. Felt very blessed to have found a location this close to Paris without the normal clutter and to boot a market twice a week within eyesight from front door. Just wonderful. Thoroughly recommended this accommodation and location to any and all. 😃

Very nice flat with French charm - atmospheric, cosy and comfortable. Convenient transport interchange. Everything is equipped for a comfortable stay, thought out to the smallest detail. Here it is easy to feel the spirit of Paris and enjoy your holiday. Special thanks to the hostess - always in touch, quickly answered all questions, gave useful recommendations and sincerely interested in our comfort. My wife and I had a great long weekend stay here in a marvelous flat with a great balcony over the streets. Spacious for 2 adults and light and airy. Bed was comfy and kitchen very well equipped. Quiet at night yet moment's from the sights and attractions. Very safe around the area at night too on the walks home. Would thoroughly recommend.

The accommodation is small but practical, and Annabelle takes the time to explain the specifics of the accommodation, so no surprises. The cleanliness is impeccable. In case of high heat, the only opening is the door, it's ok because the access does not give directly into the street, but it must be taken into account. The bed is comfortable.

Our family of 4 had a very comfortable 4 nights stay at Anna and Nadim’s beautiful apartment. It is every bit a lovely as the photos - beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you need for a comfortable city break. After long day’s visiting the wonderful city of Paris it was the perfect place to relax and unwind at the end of the day. The location was great - plenty of shops and places to eat nearby, and a very, very short walk to the nearest Metro station - within 20 mins we were within the heart of the city. Check in was very easy, with clear info and great communication from the hosts. Highly recommend - we hope to stay again!

Kevin was a fantastic host! He was extremely responsive and gave us really detailed instructions on how to check in. The apartment was pristine and well equipped. We had everything we needed including extra pillows, kitchen utensils etc. the apartment was also very cosy. The would highly recommend.

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

The apartment is the perfect place if you're on a trip in Paris. It's located in a quite neighborhood and you feel directly at home. Like others already stated, also we found some baguette and croissants from the really good bakery just across the street as a welcome gift, which is absolutely nice and tasted so good! In just a few minutes walking you find everything you need - a supermarket, bakeries, little restaurants and bistrots and also a bus and métro station that get you around really easily. It was a wonderful stay, highly recommended! :)

So the building was hard to find and as there are two building entrances ,it would have been helpful to know which one. (It’s the second building entrance) It was also not clear that we would need to park up next to building to meet the housekeeper who would then show us where to park the car, which she had the key fob for. However once inside the apartment we were very happy with everything. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The housekeeper was lovely and made sure we had the beds that we needed made up. The location looked a bit rundown due to building works still going on but we went to a local restaurant quite late at night with our children and we felt safe. The Aldi is almost next door and was great for picking up supplies. We spent the first day in Paris and travelled by metro - this was confusing to work out but we managed it. The second day due to tired children we got an uber into Paris and it cost just over 33 euros each way. Overall I would stay here again.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe when walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.
