Our duplex cottage (44 square meters) with private entrance, terrace, parking and wallbox is located in the quiet Bürgerfelde district - on the outskirts of town and yet centrally located! Just 15 minutes by bike or bus from downtown, the train station and university and a few minutes' walk to the green surroundings. The house is completely renovated and equipped with everything new and comfortable. Ideal occupancy is 1-2 people/couples. For a few nights, you can also accommodate three people. Pets welcome!

Surrounded by pastures with grazing cows, our 2018 renovated holiday home is located in the middle of the countryside, which used to be a small farm. The North Sea dike of the southern Jade bus is a 2km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational vacation, for 2 friendly families or even for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining sunbathing lawn and play equipment is fenced in and therefore suitable for small children and four-legged friends.

Forest property (2000 sqm) with wooden cabin (50 sqm). The property is wild and not cultivated. In the cabin there is central heating. In addition, it can be heated with a wood-burning stove. For professional handling there is a detailed description. Each wood basket costs EUR 10. Please leave the money in the hut. Bed linen/towels are included in the rental price. Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

Quiet house right in Wulsdorf

Unser gemütliches Ferienhaus steht im Süden von Bremerhaven (120 qm plus Wintergarten). Fußläufig ist ein Netto erreichbar. Zur nächsten Bushaltestelle läuft man nur eine Minute, zum Wulsdorfer Bahnhof 5 Min zu Fuß. In der Bremerhavener Innenstadt oder dem Deich ist man innerhalb von 10 Min mit dem Auto. Die Landeshauptstadt Bremen ist mit dem Zug in 45 Min zu erreichen, mit dem Auto sogar noch schneller. Die Nordseestrände sind in max 30 Min zu erreichen.

Harriersand is in the middle of the Weser. The cottage is located at the southern end of the island and is easily reached by a bridge. All you have to do to get to the beach is cross the island road. At low tide there is the possibility of extensive hikes as at the North Sea. Bremen, Bremerhaven and Oldenburg can be reached in about 40 minutes by car. On the island there is a beach with gastronomy from March to October. Shopping at 6-8 km distance.
