Ensuite master bath has separate shower and Jacuzzi. Tiger hardwood flooring throughout, Quartz countertops and all new appliances in the fully stocked kitchen. Just a short stroll to Center St for shops and restaurants. Amazing location and perfect comfort for relaxing! Take a ride on the beach with the provided bikes. 2 parking spots.

One bedroom condo on Charleston's closest beach! 15 minutes from downtown Charleston and 500 steps to the ocean. The City of Folly Beach has many pet friendly restaurants, a dog park, and dogs are allowed on the beach from October through April. There is a king size deluxe bed in main bedroom, as well as a queen pullout sofa and two accent chairs in living room. There is a 50" smart TV in living room. Kitchenette with dishwasher. Access to washer/dryer on suite (shared with one neighbor).

A private rooftop space features seating areas with blue-striped cushions and a wooden table. Potted plants add greenery, while string lights create a warm ambiance above. A large umbrella offers shade, and a picturesque sunset paints the sky in shades of pink and purple.

The bright kitchen is fully equipped with an adjacent dining area that seats 10 with a the beautiful view of the beach.

Sofa sleeper for kids. Screened-in porch overlooking maritime forest. Watch for deer roaming and listen to the birds singing. Great location for a sunrise run or stroll on the beach with a cup of coffee. Our condo can comfortably accommodate 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children 12 and under.

This centrally-located 2-bedroom condo in the Avondale neighborhood is close to downtown but still quiet. You're a short walk to multiple neighborhood favorites (Avondale Wine & Cheese, Pearlz Oyster Bar, Gene's Hofbrauhaus and Triangle Char and Bar). Or a short 6 minute drive/Uber to King Street if you want the Southern Charm experience. You’ll love the quiet neighborhood while still having convenient and quick access to downtown and local beaches. Folly Beach is my favorite.
