The updated interior of the house has maintained its rustic charm; provides a complete kitchen, private bedroom & queen sleeper sofa in living room. We’re far enough from the big cities yet close enough to all of the amenities our towns offer such as restaurants, shopping malls, cinemas, historic parks and large grocery stores. All proceeds go to our nonprofit, Oinkin Oasis Forever Home potbelly pig sanctuary AND are tax deductible!!! Parking/premise for guest only.

Sunset Cabin

Private country atmosphere in city located on 7 acres. Lots of large pine and oak trees, birds, and catch and release from onsite pond. Plenty of room for horse or boat trailers to park. 5 to 10 minutes from restaurants and stores if your not in mood to cook. Daily pet fee $10.00 per day per pet due check in 2pets. 30 lb. limit unless you talk with us first. NO CATS. You will need to provide animal crate if pet is left alone in cabin. After 10PM inquires will be answered the next morning

The Redwood

Come enjoy the stillness and silence of our beautiful proeperty. You will love the deep porches with the rocking chairs and porch swing. Enjoy a beautiful sunset, play a game of cornhole, or build a fire in the firepit in the large common area. The Redwood has an open floor plan with lots of natural light. You will love the luxury walk-in shower with multiple shower heads. Then rest comfortably in the queen size bed with luxury linens.

The Blue House on Cross Lake

This cottage was built circa 1926 on Cross Lake as the home for Lonnie Erwin who owned a catfish restaurant next to his home. Back in the day it was popular to drive up from Shreveport if they caught enough catfish to serve. The restaurant closed in the mid 1940s and it and the cottage fell into disrepair. We renovated the cottage and restaurant (also on Airbnb as The Red House on Cross Lake) and brought them up to date.
