On the 2nd floor is the bedroom overlooking the stream - as well as 2 shower rooms (with washing machine). On the top floor, a sitting area, a double bed and a desk are at your disposal. Welcome!

Unser kleines Ferienhaus (50 qm2) haben wir 2022 grundlegend saniert. Es bietet eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf den Labenzer See, der keine 100 Meter unterhalb der Terrasse beginnt. Das Haus wird von uns auch privat genutzt. Wir haben eine gute DSL Verbindung mit modernem Router, perfekt für mobiles Arbeiten und Streamen.

It is only 20 m to the swimming area and just under 50 m to the in-house rowboat. There are 4 parking spaces available on the driveway.
