Listing is half a house (owner lives on the back side of the house) all private to guests which includes a bathroom, 2 queen beds, washer/dryer, and a cozy living room to ensure a pleasant stay. Other amenities include self check-in, high speed internet, onsite parking on driveway, and AC/heat temp control. NO KITCHEN, however dining area includes fridge, microwave, and water boiler for light meals

The Shack

The SHACK is an eclectic space that evolved from our love of building with repurposed materials. Includes old cedar fence pickets, floor tile is made from an old tree. As The SHACK took shape we decided that the theme is sort of anything redneck construction including duck tape, even has a chain link clothes line. With all the amenities of course!! We hand built the custom waterfall sink faucet. Bed is held up w/log chains, tile shower that resembles a quilt w/ exposed copper plumbing.

Oak Cliff Pool House

Pool House has bright, open full kitchen & comfortable space for dining and relaxing. 10 min drive to Bishop Arts District. 15 min to downtown and Arlington. NOT A TINY HOUSE! 1 Bedroom with a king bed and a large living space with an extra king bed & shared full bath. Patio area provides comfortable area for grilling and dining by the pool. THE POOL CAN BE HEATED. THE PROPERTY IS PET FRIENDLY - OTHER PETS MAY BE PRESENT. There is also a newly installed outdoor hut tub for guests to reserve.
