Alapihan Arboretum guest house with sauna

Cozy guest house and sauna in a wild tree species park. There are about 250 different species of woody trees and shrubs in the two-hectare area. The trees were planted in 1970 and form their own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is still partly in its natural state and renovation is being done in the area. Kolilainen on itse koettava kokonaisuus (ja eläimetön allergiatalo)!

Tervetuloa Lammenrantaan. Olemme Joensuulainen pariskunta ja vuokraamme talomme alakertaa. Majoittuja saa käyttöönsä tilavan huoneen omalla sisäänkäynnillä. Käytössä on myös oma wc ja pesuhuone sekä pyykinpesukone. Tilassa on jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni, kahvin- ja vedenkeitin. Ruokailuvälineet ja astiat. Lemmikkieläimet ovat tervetulleita, niistä peritään 10€ maksu. Meillä ei ole sähköauton latausmahdollisuutta. Lähin nopea latauspaikka on 600 metrin päässä.
