We really enjoyed our stay. Home was decorated very nicely, was comfortable for our group of 4. Neighborhood was quiet and located close to the highway to reach all of the attractions. Morgan was extremely nice and responded to any questions promptly.

Terry was really helpful, my family enjoyed the place it was like we were at home, and the little Walmart was walkable Thank you Terry, if my family ever come back to Atlanta again we will definitely stay at your place again if available

We had a great stay for our daughters med school graduation. Clean comfortable spot for our family. We were just two blocks from her home in a quiet neighborhood Easy walking to restaurants.

I had an amazing stay at the Trace. Everything was as described in pictures . House was free from dirt, dust, and clutter, with surfaces regularly cleaned and maintained. Very clean bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms with great amenities. Nice outdoor patio. Excellent location, with nearby entertainment, and restaurants. Mark was a very responsive host and worked with me on my last minute stay. I will definitely stay again .

I would definitely recommend staying here.Everything was perfect besides the neighbors chicken in the morning,but you can ignore the sound. Overall, it was a great stay and came with amenities.If you left something it’s possibly there for you at the Airbnb.Joe was responsive and made things go smoothly. The master bathroom is very nice.

The area of the home was very nice and had a nice energy to it. The appliances were modern as the general appearance of the home. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and clean. Would book again!

Audrey's place was beautiful and had everything we could have needed and more. Very best thing? The beds/mattresses were amazingly comfortable and it was talked about every morning! we stayed a week and enjoyed every day. The surrounding area has lots to do with grocery stores nearby. Highly recommend. Audrey was easy to work and responded quickly. We will rebook if in the area again.

From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable and welcomed. The condo was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The location was ideal—convenient to the graduation venue, dining, and local attractions, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet at the end of each busy day. We especially appreciated the spacious layout, which gave everyone room to relax. Our family made wonderful memories here, and we’re so grateful for such a comfortable and inviting place to stay during this special time. Highly recommend this condo for families, celebrations, or anyone looking for a top-notch stay!

Tania’s home is lovely and she is a wonderful host! I stayed for several weeks and my experience was terrific. The home is nicely decorated, very clean and had everything I needed. We stayed at this lovely 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhome while attending the Dixie Dock Dogs event, and it was perfect for our needs. The location was incredibly convenient—just five minutes from the dog pool and close to I-85. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, and the home itself was cozy and welcoming. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated having several restaurants and a small grocery store just around the corner. Would definitely stay here again!

We made a last minute visit to Atlanta and I’m happy we were able to book this place. It’s very near the 96 Olympic cauldron and I thought that was cool. East short drive to Georgia Aquarium, zoo, and Coca Cola World. We traveled with our dogs and found the neighborhood to be dog friendly. The area is being revitalized but it was quiet and seemed very safe. Grocery store and pocket restaurants very near. Probably walking distance if you wanted. The king bed was extremely comfortable and we slept very well. House had everything we needed for 4 people and a couple dogs. The Garage was a plus. It is tight but we have a mid size suv and it easily fit. TVs is bedrooms was a plus when everyone needed some space. I would stay again if we are ever back in the area.

Perfect place to stay in Atlanta, with almost everything of note 20 minutes away. Dionte was an amazing host and the property was safe,secure, and stylish. There are a lot of stairs but it divides the place well for multiple guests. I will definitely look here first for future visits to Atlanta.
