You come to a small organic farm with an organic shop with vegetable cultivation, chickens, geese, cattle, cats and dogs. The space is completely ecologically renovated and can also be used as a seminar room or for events. There is a total of about 90 m². Kitchen and bathroom with shower. In addition, a large room with a double bed on the platform and a small room with mattress storage. The large room is heated with a pellet stove. In der Küchenzeile befindet sich ein großer Kühlschrank mit separatem Gefrierfach, ein Backofen mit Cerankochfeld, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine und ein Toaster. Während deines Aufenthaltes steht dir ein kostenloser WLAN Zugang sowie ein TV zur Verfügung. In unserem Apartment findest du ein Doppelbett(1,60x2m) & ein Sofa, welches für einen weiteren Gast als Schlafmöglichkeit genutzt werden kann.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Stadthafen, dem Schweriner Schloss, zum Theater und Museum. Das Zentrum sowie eine Badestelle sind in nur 10 min Fußweg erreichbar.

If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. From the bedroom you have beautiful views of the estate park. The property was completed in early June 2024 and is the ideal base for cycling tours
