Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. We who rent out the cottage are mother, daughter and granddaughter. We live in a villa on the same property. Here you will find a functional and nice cabin about 200 meters from the sea and Norums Holme. You come here for peace and quiet and saltwater swimming. Sunny beautiful location with access to garden that offers berries, shade and space for play and coziness. The cottage has a washing machine and dishwasher so you can focus on other things. Refrigerator, freezer and basic equipment for 2 dogs and their 2 people. Welcome!

Welcome to a unique environment. Here you will have the opportunity to find tranquility, enjoy bird singing and forest scents. Brygghuset is located right on the edge of the forest, separated from traffic and visibility. 5 min away is the Sollebrunn community, which offers a well-stocked grocery store, some restaurants and some other shops. 5 min away is Gräfsnäs Castle Park with historical origins and a nice restaurant and swimming lake. The cottage is connected to Retrovägen, which has a wide range of attractions.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
