Beachfront holiday rentals in Kalmar

What an amazing night we have spent in the tent! The environment is so peaceful and quiet, sleeping by the stars and listening to the (wild)life out there has been such a nice experience. The beds are super confortable and the tent is perfectly equipped. The kids (and grown ups) have really enjoyed it! It is also a very nice place to explore with lots of activities and great places to discover. Would highly recommend!

Flott og velholdt hytte med innglasset terrasse og stort utearealet. To flotte soverom, stue, kjøkken og baderom. God plass til bilparkering på tomten. Vi hadde noen flotte dager på Øland, og trives meget godt i hytta. Leonora svarte alltid raskt på våre henvendelser og tok også kontakt for å sjekke om vi var kommet vel fram og at alt var bra. Kort sagt, vi var veldig fornøyde med hytta og vertskapet.

A wonderful swedish experience! Actually, one should keep this little paradise to oneself as a secret tip and share it only with very good friends :) The location of Magnus' small loft is a dream, situated with a slightly elevated terrace, overlooking the legendary landscape of the archipelago and finding oneself in the midst of nature. The grounds of the accommodation are like Bullerbü, with a beautiful stylish Swedish house attached and old fruit trees as well.There are paddle boats and canoes as well as bicycles, so you can move around perfectly to explore the islands. The loft is very cozy with typical Nordic charm, very comfortable, good beds, and a modern shower. A small kitchenette helps to self-cater occasionally. Magnus and his wife are very warm and welcoming hosts who always had good answers to all our wishes and questions. Magnus is an expert in giving tips about the surroundings and other parts of the country. Definitely a vacation that couldn't have been more beautiful.

Nogle virkelig skønne og afslappende dage i Maries gæstehus. Hytten ligger i helt fantastiske omgivelser med masser af dyreliv og direkte adgang til vandets faciliteter. Samtidig kort afstand til Kalmar og den gamle bys seværdigheder. Hytten havde fine faciliteter til at lave mad med mere og gode sovepladser - knap så meget opholdsrum, så bedst i godt vejr hvor verandaen kan nydes både ved morgensol og aftensol. Marie og Lars var meget imødekommende, venlige og hjælpsomme.

Super schöne Umgebung, sehr ruhig, tolle Wege zum Spazieren, das Meer vor der Tür. Gastgeber sehr nett und die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht (modern Geräte, gemütliche Sitz- und Schlafmöbel)

Wir hatten einen so ruhigen und entspannten Aufenthalt. Wir konnten schöne Ausflüge machen oder am hauseigenen Steh relaxen und sogar baden. Maria war eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gern wieder

Pär was super responsive as a host. Their house is such a fine gem. It's in walking distance from the town, yet far enough away to be private and with a great view over the archipelago and the city on the opposit side of the water. Quiet and calming - soothing for the soul.

Detta var helt klart vårt bästa boende vi haft på 8 år i Köpingsvik! Att vi är extremt nöjda är verkligen ingen överdrift och det finns inget negativt alls att hitta om varken boendet eller värden. Allt var TOP NOTCH och ett välkomnande som hette duga!! Full pott till Maria och Jörgen!!

Die Unterkunft ist durch ihre Lage einzigartig. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank für alles!

Väldigt trevligt boende med fin utsikt mot havet. Vandrade på uvön som ligger i närheten. Trevliga värdar.

Vår vistelse i Köpinsvik var över förväntan, närheten till stranden, Ica och resturanger, var mer än vad vi förväntade oss. Vi hyrde cykla hos närliggande camping, så att vi lätt kunde ta oss in till Borgholm. Det tog ungefär 15 min att cykla dit. Det vi önskade var att det fanns mer än en parkering. Jonas svarade alltid när man kontaktade honom, dock träffade vi honom inte personligen utan all kommunikation skedde via meddelande. Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende, då det var helt perfekt!

Mycket fint boende med närhet till allt! Stranden, Ica, konditori, restauranger m m. Bättre i verkligheten än på bilderna! Förbrukningsvaror som diskmedel, disktabletter, toapapper m m fanns i lägenheten som var utrustad med det mesta. Saknade inget. Hit kommer vi gärna tillbaka!

Det var en toppen vistelse. Lägenheten var perfekt, välstädad, modern med all bekvämligheter. Dessutom så var det helt underbart att vakna till en härlig havsutsikt. Simon är snabb på kommunicera och är hjälpsam. Vi är supernöjda med vistelsen. Hade gärna förlängt vistelsen.

Wir haben es sehr genossen ein paar Tage in dem Ferienhaus Urlaub zu machen. Es ist sehr entspannend, auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und den Ausblick zu genießen. Das Hsus ist sehr gemütlich und mit allem, was man braucht, eingerichtet. Die schöne Lage direkt am Wasser ist einmalig.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist Mega niedlich und die Umgebung ist wirklich malerisch schön. Die Gastgeber Mats und Lisbeth waren freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Hallo Johan! Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei dir sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt eingebettet zwischen einem wunderschönen Buchenwald. Eine herrlich entspannende Zeit inmitten der schönen Natur und dem Meer so nah. Die Terrasse ist großzügig gestaltet und bietet Platz zum Entspannen und Genießen. Wir waren sehr begeistert von dem Pizzaofen. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist auf das Meer ausgerichtet. Über einen kleinen kurzen Weg ist man direkt am Badesteg oder dem Bootssteg. Durch die Möglichkeit das Boot zu nutzen, haben wir viel Zeit auf dem Meer verbracht und viel entdeckt. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert und wir hatten selten so eine entspannte Familienzeit. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Sauber und gepflegt. Ein Ort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Danke für die wunderschöne Zeit an diesem besonderen Ort.

Maria is an excellent host, and very responsive. The place is cozy and charming, at the end of the marina with a beautiful view and a quiet location by the water. It's stocked with plenty of amenities, and I was very happy with my stay. I stayed here by myself and it was perfect: while there are three single beds plus a sofa, it might get crowded with more than a couple of people, as there's not a lot of space. But if I come back to Sandhamn, I would happily rent this place from Maria again!

The location of the cottage is unbeatable and the view is superb. I loved my stay on Saltö a lot. Thanks to Annika + Fredrik!

Peter & Yvette are wonderful hosts. Upon arrival Peter came up for an introduction, we exchanged some experiences and had a lovely chat about life in general. Your hosts are very helpful in pointing you in the direction of landmarks and experiences to find on Öland that are actually worthwhile, beating the travel guides (both off- and online) by a country mile. The accommodation is lovely, well furnished and spotless. An absolute no-brainer for anyone wanting to stay in Öland for a few days but I could easily see myself spending a whole month in their accommodation. Everything was in great order and ready for us to enjoy every minute of our stay. Excellent stay - I can't give 8 stars but I would've wanted to, if only to recognize Peter's kind heart and outlook on life. Thanks again!

Kleines Häuschen in toller Umgebung. Die Kühe weiden um das eingezäunte Grundstück, Schwalben, Mauersegler und Möwen lassen sich gut beobachten. Auch viele Insekten und Spinnen um das Haus. Hat uns aber sehr gut gefallen so in der Natur. Ansonsten sehr ruhig. Schöner Blick aufs Meer.

It was a very nice place to stay in karlskrona. You have everything you need and everything was very clean. The city (center) is just some minutes by foot away, which is great to explore the city by foot. The view from the Kirchen an the bedroom was very nice and the neigbourhood was also very nice.
