Take the opportunity to stay on a farm, in a newly built apartment/cottage, close to grazing animals. Gillsättra is an old charming row village. In the middle of the island, close to everything. Access to garden and large lawns. 6 km to the nearest beach. 11 km to popular Bjärbybadet on the east side and 12 km to Färjestaden/bridge. Many nice walking opportunities in nature. In the countryside there are the flies, roosters like crazy and work carried out in the yard. Smaller dogs are welcome, larger dogs get too crowded in the small apartment.

A newly renovated cottage in the village of Störlinge, on the eastern side of the island of Öland. Fresh and bright with new furniture and interior Here it is close to the sea and nature. Also to nice swimming areas and bird sanctuaries. Between the cabin and the sea, it is a walk of about 30-40 minutes and about 3 km. Perfect walk or jog. The cottage has a quiet and nice location with new outdoor furniture and sun loungers. A perfect place to explore Öland from. Here, it's so soothing and relaxing. Warm welcome and feel at home.

The cottage is located right next to the Baltic Sea, outside Bergkvara located midway between Kalmar and Karlskrona with about 4 miles to each cities (about 25 minutes by car). The cottage was completed in 2022 and is 45 sqm + loft. The cottage has all the amenities you can imagine with sea views from all rooms. Bed sheets & towels can be rented at 15€/SEK 150 per set. 150m from the cottage, there is also a swimming area with a sandy beach, swimming docks and a raft, as well as fantastic hiking trails both north and south.

Welcome to a fantastic little guest house just a few steps from the ocean, wake up to the sound of the sea. Enjoy a coffee on the patio after a morning swim. Borrow a canoe and paddle in the archipelago or bike into the historic and cozy city center 20 minutes away by bike, enjoy restaurants and shops. The house is really fresh, 2 bedrooms with double beds, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and wc. A great porch to enjoy food and drinks overlooking the water and its wildlife.

The cottage is about 9km from the city and we are close to excursions on foot, bike and with car. The cottage is the accommodation for you who want to stay and enjoy your holiday as we have a fully equipped kitchen, fridge/freezer, washing machine. If you are a bigger family, you can book our Attefallshus next door, so you have the whole plot and all the patio to yourself.

It is no coincidence that Kalmar has been named Sweden's summer city! Small patio in a beautiful environment.

Freshly built (2023) holiday home with its own swimming pier. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all the amenities. The outdoor environment will be updated over time with patios and the like. At the jetty, there is also a small rowboat if you want to take a short trip in the beautiful archipelago, maybe you want to try your luck at fishing? A warm welcome.
