Unikt historiskt 1700-talshus på Kvarnholmen mitt i Kalmar city med privat innergård. Bo tillsammans i ett helt eget townhouse nära restauranger, hav och stadens charm. Tre sovrum, vardagsrum, matsal och fullt utrustat kök – perfekt för familj eller vänner. Privat innergård för middagar och sommarkvällar. Gratis parkering i garage finns, cirka 5–10 minuters promenad från huset. (max höjd 2 meter). Det går bra att stanna precis utanför huset för av- och pålastning av bagage.

There are many patios on the property and for bad weather there is also a glassed-in terrace. Take a dip at your own little beach or at one of the public swimming piers nearby. Or borrow two stand-up paddleboards and paddle around the islands. Sheets and towels are included.
