Lotte. Right on the Schlei!

"Lotte," the big sister of "Liese" in the same house. Both in picturesque Arnis. The duplex, which was completely renovated in 2023, was provided with a no-frills interior. On 90 square meters there is a spacious living and kitchen room with partially open roof structure, a (children's) bedroom, a bathroom and guest toilet. Above it is a spacious sleeping loft. The courtyard of the house leads into the garden - it extends to the Schlei. Here you can swim and relax on your own jetty.

Apartment No. 2 with terrace near the Schlei

If you are looking for relaxation, this apartment is the place to be. It has enough space for two adults (+1 other person). The associated kitchen, bathroom and living/sleeping area are equipped with all the appliances that make the stay easier. The sun can be enjoyed wonderfully on the terrace. Pets are also allowed (additional costs apply). The neighborhood is quiet, yet the house is centrally located. The pedestrian zone or promenade is only a 15-minute walk away.

Our cozy apartment (75 m²) is located on the ground floor of a townhouse in the Kappelner pedestrian zone. The equipment of the apartment is high quality, it is bright and friendly furnished. The spacious living/ dining area has an open, fully stocked kitchen. Cafes, ice cream parlors, bars, restaurants, bakery, a cinema and various shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The harbor and the Schlei are just steps away, the Baltic Sea just minutes away.

The house is in a quiet location, only separated by a cul-de-sac from the Schlei. The apartment is on two floors. The upstairs living area offers a panoramic view to the west over the Schlei. The kitchen, open dining and living area and terrace also have a water view. The three bedrooms with double beds and bunk beds are located on both floors, each directly next to one of the shower bathrooms. There is a private terrace in front of the kitchen.

The Bollwark Residence is located directly on the sea at the Nordmole pier in the Ostsee Resort Olpenitz, surrounded by water on three sides. The nearest beach is a 2-minute walk away, right outside the front door. Our modern 3-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It is comfortably furnished and offers fantastic views of the Baltic Sea and the marina. Our apartment has 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, plus a guest toilet.

This fully equipped apartment has a small kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. A living room with a cozy pull-out couch and TV. The bedroom also has a TV and a 180 x 200 double bed. €35 is due for cleaning. Bed linen and towels are included here. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a commercial building with two other apartments and a physiotherapy practice. In the yard there is a bicycle shed

Apartment right on the Schlei

This newly renovated, quiet apartment for two people impresses with its unique location directly on the Schlei - and is still centrally located. From the living room (with panoramic window) the loggia (with awning) leads off, where you can enjoy stunning views over the Schlei and the Schleibrücke. The city center (pedestrian zone) is about a 5-minute walk. We only rent to absolute non-smokers (not even on the loggia!) and without pets!

Swimming Lounge - the swimming holiday home

Pets are not allowed in Swimming Lounge. The house is fully equipped and ideal for couples and families for 4-5 people. You can expect an integrated fitted kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. A large flat screen, WiFi access and a small sauna are also part of the equipment. There is a parking space that you can use. You can rent bed linen and towels from us for EUR 25 per set. Please book at least one week before arrival.
