The associated kitchen, bathroom and living/sleeping area are equipped with all the appliances that make the stay easier. The sun can be enjoyed wonderfully on the terrace. Pets are also allowed (additional costs apply). The neighborhood is quiet, yet the house is centrally located. The pedestrian zone or promenade is only a 15-minute walk away.

Our "Liese" for 2-3 persons is Nordic clear, bright and open. From 2021 to 2022, the basement of the house was comprehensively core renovated and provided with a tidy interior. The approx. 60sqm apartment includes a large integrated living and kitchen area, a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom with rain shower. The rear exit of the house leads into the garden - it extends directly to the Schlei and has its own jetty with bathing facilities.
